This is a class of lymphomas which is really a whole family (about 35 in total) of different cancers of lymphocytes - non-Hodgkins lymphoma is divided into 2 major groups : ones affecting the B-lymphocytes and the ones affecting T-lymphocytes. Non-hodgkins lymphoma is the most common kind of cancer of the lymphatic system.
