What is the Southbeach Diet?

The Southbeach diet is advocated by Dr Arthur Agatston and he teaches you to rely on the right types of carbohydrates and fats and lose the cravings you have for the 'bad' carbohydrates and fats. The end result is a weight loss diet plan that claims to help you lose 8-13 pounds in the first 2 weeks.
